Every Monday morning the new weekly schedule is waiting for you in the app. 

The three classes are carefully selected to give you the best yoga experience every week. 

If you want to do yoga every day, there are always 4 bonus classes to fill your week. 

The classes

The classes can have different physical focus, like hips or backbends, or a more energetic and spiritual focus, like chakras and elements. 

Every week is unique and there will always be one softer class. 

Track your practice

Tracking your practice is proven to help you stay on track and get the results you want. 

In the app you easily track every class you take and can follow your progress. You can also add an image to your tracking post. 


If Facebook is not for you, you can enjoy the community in the app! Here you can post your practice, ask questions and get inspiration, motivation and feedback.
