Committed Lioness Membership

This is how it works after youf first 14 days!

You commit to do yoga 3 days / week (or more) – I provide you with a great schedule of classes! 

Transformation doesn’t come easy, and we can all use a bit of help. 

When you join the Committed Lioness you will be guided towards a healthy lifestyle where your physical body is as important as your mental state. 

Through short, but powerful yoga flows you will find strength and flexibility you thought were long gone, you will learn new things about yourself and transform how you look at yourself and your body. 

The Lioness is strong, powerful, graceful, nurturing and caring. She knows her inner divinity and acts from it in every step of this life. 

This membership will be your guide to a new, happier life where you find love in the small things and know to take care of yourself. 

The community is your pride, your group that will support you and inspire you and keep you going even when times are rough.

How it works in the app

Weekly Schedule

Every Monday morning the new weekly schedule is waiting for you in the app. 

The three classes are carefully selected to give you the best yoga experience every week. 

If you want to do yoga every day, there are always 4 bonus classes to fill your week. 

The classes

The classes can have different physical focus, like hips or backbends, or a more energetic and spiritual focus, like chakras and elements. 

Every week is unique and there will always be one softer class. 

Track your practice

Tracking your practice is proven to help you stay on track and get the results you want. 

In the app you easily track every class you take and can follow your progress. You can also add an image to your tracking post. 

Community

If Facebook is not for you, you can enjoy the community in the app! Here you can post your practice, ask questions and get inspiration, motivation and feedback.
